What Cravings??????

I keep forgetting to post for Week 9 of the 10 Week challenge.  This week is to give up a craving!  Really???  I'm sure the first time around this was easy for me....I can't think of which to give up....Diet Coke or my cinnamon candies....I do literally crave the candies, so I think I'll give those up for the week and cut back (alot) on Diet Coke!

Week 8 is to add weights.  When I did this challenge the first time around, I would pick up a couple bigger rocks and carry them while I was walking my 30 minutes.  I hated it to be honest!  And staying with the "honesty" I most likely won't use weights when I do walk this time around.  I know weights have importance, but they are a hassle and uncomfortable for me.  I need to get with it and actually do 30 minutes of cardio again.  I have been doing between 20-25 minutes each day.  Where did my motivation go????

Relax, Relax, Relax!

The 7th week of this 10 week challenge is take 15 to 20 minutes to relax!  My weight is still staying the same....I have lost just under 3 pounds.  I guess the good news is it is staying off.  I did so much better when there was a group of people working on this 10 week challenge.  I have pretty much stayed with everything I am supposed to be doing (not as much cardio though as I should)...which could explain the same for doing this alone I am doing pretty well I think.  We'll see how things look at the end of 10 weeks!

Crunch Time

So this week's challenge is 5 reps of 10 crunches.  I have been trying to do 50 crunches in the morning and 50 crunches at night.  That's a good thing.  The bad thing is my weight isn't budging!  The good thing is it isn't going up either.  With my new Facebook challenge (even though right now it is only my daughters and me), posting weight loss or gain on Facebook should help me stay motivated and keep me a little more focused.  I have been doing great with not eating after 7pm and I am proud of that accomplishment!  Hopefully next time I post, the scale will have moved downward!
