So this week's challenge is 5 reps of 10 crunches. I have been trying to do 50 crunches in the morning and 50 crunches at night. That's a good thing. The bad thing is my weight isn't budging! The good thing is it isn't going up either. With my new Facebook challenge (even though right now it is only my daughters and me), posting weight loss or gain on Facebook should help me stay motivated and keep me a little more focused. I have been doing great with not eating after 7pm and I am proud of that accomplishment! Hopefully next time I post, the scale will have moved downward!
