Week 8 is to add weights.  When I did this challenge the first time around, I would pick up a couple bigger rocks and carry them while I was walking my 30 minutes.  I hated it to be honest!  And staying with the "honesty" I most likely won't use weights when I do walk this time around.  I know weights have importance, but they are a hassle and uncomfortable for me.  I need to get with it and actually do 30 minutes of cardio again.  I have been doing between 20-25 minutes each day.  Where did my motivation go????
