Relax, Relax, Relax!
The 7th week of this 10 week challenge is take 15 to 20 minutes to relax! My weight is still staying the same....I have lost just under 3 pounds. I guess the good news is it is staying off. I did so much better when there was a group of people working on this 10 week challenge. I have pretty much stayed with everything I am supposed to be doing (not as much cardio though as I should)...which could explain the same weight.....so for doing this alone I am doing pretty well I think. We'll see how things look at the end of 10 weeks!
