I'm Doing It

Yesterday started the 210 minutes each week for some kind of cardio.  Both yesterday and today I walked (today I walked twice).  Sometimes during my walk I feel like I have so much energy bottled up I honestly want to start jogging.  I have decided I'll hold off a little while on the jogging because when I did it a couple weeks ago, I noticed a dull pain in the side of my left knee area.  Eventually I want to try again though.  Bob walked with me today and we will walk again tomorrow.  We are going to the San Diego County Fair on Saturday so I know there will be LOTS of walking!!!
