Week 2 is almost over!!

I am continuing with the 210 minutes of cardio for this week.  Today is Day 5 of the 2nd week.  I have 2 more days to do 25 minutes of cardio....easy!  My plan is to walk at least 60 minutes in the next 2 days.  I have been drinking more water and making sure I don't eat anything after 7pm.  I am totally addicted to cinnamon discs though!!!  I am hoping I get to a point where I just get sick of them and won't want anymore.  I crave them!  So....here is to another day!  (As a sidenote....Bob bar-b-qued flank steak today....so yummy!)
