Week 3 is around the corner!

Tomorrow starts Week 3!  The challenge for Week 3 is to read something uplifting each day.  This is probably the easiest of all the tasks for this challenge.  Maybe because it doesn't take any movement to accomplish.  But, it does help mentally which is a huge part of the challenge.  To make it the 10 weeks, I need to stay focused and not only "move" my body, but strengthen my mind too.  I have only lost a pound but that is better than gaining one!
