I Did It!
This is a short post!! I am happy with myself for reaching the goal of losing at least 10 pounds in this 10 week challenge. I weighed and measured this morning and I have lost 11.4 lbs. and a total of 17" overall. We are coming up on the end of week 8 so I know I have at least 2 more weeks to make it even better. I also know this is something I will continue to do even when the challenge is over.
