7:00 is My Cutoff
Our challenge for the 9th week is to give up an addiction, craving or weakness. I have thought about a few different things I could do, but one that I know will make the biggest difference, is to not eat anything after 7pm. Usually when we watch television, there is the yearning to snack on something whether it is popcorn or my new downfall....CheezIts! I am hoping if I do get hungry, it will force me to drink more water. For some reason lately, I haven't been drinking as much water, and I need to. Two more weeks left in this challenge!!!!
