I told Kelli I did my cardio by shoveling the driveway and sidewalk this morning......well 24 minutes of it anyway! Kimberly said it was funny since there was no snow there. Of course she was joking...there was definitely snow. I should have said I shoveled snow from the driveway and sidewalk which reminded me of another reason I don't miss living in CO!!
I am excited that this week's challenge is "relaxation!" YES! What a nice break, but funny since it is something we should all be doing each day anyway. Something most of us don't do....take time for ourselves.
